Do you know that feeling—a desire to want something so intensely that you have to think about it constantly?
You fall asleep with this one wish. And as soon as you open your eyes in the morning, your first thoughts are already circling around whether it has perhaps already come true.
Whether something happened overnight that brings you closer to your goal. The first thing you do is reach for your phone. You open social media, WhatsApp, and look for a sign. For a message, a reply, or any indication that something is finally moving.
But there is nothing.
No message. No reply. No new post.
Suddenly, your stomach tightens. A silent despair stirs and whispers to you: "Maybe I did something wrong. Maybe I need to try again. Maybe none of this is working."
It is in this exact moment that you unconsciously sabotage the inner work you have done so far.
You torpedo your manifestation through these thoughts and feelings.
Because you have now unconsciously dived back into the outer world, into the worst state of consciousness you can inhabit: that of lack. And that is where you are now stuck, deep down.
It is like suddenly slamming on the brakes in the middle of a race and bringing your vehicle to a standstill right on the track.
Of course, you are allowed to wish for something. Even more: you must feel longing, so that a desire can even arise within you. Wishes are the basis of all existence.
Therefore, it is not fundamentally your wishing that blocks the achievement of your goal, but rather the greed, the unconditional urge to simply get it now. The inner neediness, the compulsive pushing for immediate fulfillment—that is the only problem.
Because this insatiable hunger repeatedly pulls your attention into the outer world. There, you restlessly search for confirmation, for proof, and for any sign that your wish is already on its way to you.
I know how difficult that can be. Even I sometimes catch myself looking for signs in the outside world. Getting rid of this impulse completely does not happen overnight. It is truly a complex, uncomfortable learning task.
But this is precisely where the real blockade in manifesting lies.
Because every time you turn your focus back to the outer world, you distance yourself internally from the state of the already fulfilled wish. In doing so, you delay or stop the entire manifestation process.
If you work consciously with the Law of Attraction and feel that you have done everything right, but no visible results are appearing, it is often because you are lingering and getting stuck internally in the outer world again.
You are simultaneously connecting your visualization and your inner "work" with an energetic clinging to the result itself.
That is exactly what needs to be recognized and stopped. I want to show you how to do that in this article.
I will explain how you can end this energetic clinging to the fulfillment of your wish without losing sight of your goal or your desire.
You should indeed be deeply connected to your desire—but at the same time, let go of the path to it.
Let us first assume that you have accepted that there is only consciousness and that you yourself are this consciousness experiencing itself through your human body.
We also assume that you have created a short inner video clip of about three to five seconds.
In this sequence, you experience your wish as already fulfilled. You see the scene clearly in your mind's eye. You hear sounds, perceive scents, feel touches, and immerse yourself in this experience with all your senses.
You play the clip over and over again—before falling asleep, during the day, or whenever a suitable opportunity arises.
And yet, apparently nothing happens.
The outer world shows you no change.
It is exactly at this point that the real battle begins.
You must understand that constantly observing the outer world is part of your previous paradigm. It is an old habit that has developed over many years.
Even people who have been working with the Law of Attraction for a long time occasionally fall back into this "trap" and let themselves be dragged into the outer world by their programming. This still happens to me now and then as well.
But today, I notice it much faster and can end it quickly.
As soon as I realize that I am looking for confirmation in the outside world again, I consciously interrupt the compulsive monitoring of the outer world and direct my attention back inward, entering the state of the already fulfilled wish.
And wishes are good.
Without them, there would be no drive, no development, and no life. This inner desire is part of being human and forms the starting point of every manifestation.
So, if you have clearly recognized your dream and can internally feel and experience its fulfillment, you fundamentally also possess the ability to realize this goal. You must be clear about that; you must internalize it.
And if you manage to adopt and hold a certain state of consciousness, then it must come to pass. It must!
The real problem only arises when the feeling of already having turns into an internal pulling, a longing, a striving for fulfillment. That is always a sign that you have unconsciously left the state of I have it.
The siren call of fulfillment is chasing you now. You are no longer in the inner world, but in the outer world. And since it shows nothing, you mix your longing with fear, doubt, and even more wanting.
You have now lost your trust, and through action in the outer world, you often try to force something, and now you stare at the outer world with increasing despair.
An unbearable urgency creeps in. And you are now living in a kind of gap between wish and not-yet-reality. And if you are trapped in this gap, this rift, then it is very difficult to get out of it.
Often you now try to force something through external action. You check your phone even more frequently, observe people, send messages, analyze every little thing, and hope to finally discover some hint.
With every check, the inner restlessness grows.
Such moments are tipping points in every manifestation process.
And you must absolutely learn to identify these threshold points at an early stage.
If you notice that you are getting into this pattern again, please do not react with anger or self-reproach.
Almost every person occasionally falls back into old habits.
It is much more important that you recognize the moment and consciously redirect your attention inward, into the state of already having.
Remind yourself: It is merely your previous paradigm automatically trying to regain control. That is not you.
Do not fight against it.
Simply perceive that you have slipped into the old pattern. And return quite calmly and composedly to the state of the already fulfilled wish.
There is an image that always helps me in such moments—and that might also show you how letting go can work:
After a gardener has planted a seed in the ground, he does not nervously dig it up every day to check whether roots have already formed. He knows that something is developing underground, even though he cannot see it yet.
Imagine you are that gardener.
You now possess his inner clarity and his knowledge of plant growth. Feel this deep certainty, the clarity, and the letting go after planting the seed.
Then take these feelings and transfer them into your video clip.
And thus leave the outer world behind.
You do not have to hunt, you do not have to wait; the seed grows on its own. You simply remain in the feeling of the already fulfilled wish; you do not have to do anything else.
By doing this, you are indeed "taking care" of your wish, but you are leaving the path to it, the "time," free and unattached. This way you remain in the now. For it is done.
Even if your outer circumstances still appear unchanged at the moment, that does not mean that nothing is moving.
The seed grows by itself. Just in the invisible.
Your task consists solely and exclusively of remaining permanently in the feeling of the already fulfilled wish.
Nothing more is necessary.
Stay in the present moment. Feel the already having. This is how you dissolve the attachment of your inner world to the outer world and bring the necessary calm into your manifestation process. Simply let everything happen. You do not need to guide or steer; it happens on its own.
The Law of Attraction is always at work—quietly, incessantly, inevitably. It is the breath of life itself. The root of all creation. Without the Law, the material world would not exist.
Trust this statement, trust yourself and your power. Your wish is already fulfilled. Enduring the void between what is and what will be is a test. And the more often you pass it, the more effortlessly you will be able to fulfill future wishes.
